Q: What are my different payment options?
A: We offer a number of options to make paying as easy as possible.

    • Auto Pay (automatic withdrawal)
      Have your monthly payment withdrawn directly from your checking or savings account, on the day you choose.  No fees apply.  To enroll, go to www.sierracredit.com > Customers > Account Portal.

 

    • One-time Online Payments
      Make a one-time online payment.  Third party fees apply.  To make a payment now, go to www.sierracredit.com > Customers > Express Payments.

 

    • PayNearMe
      Make a cash payment 24/7 in your own neighborhood at 7-Eleven and Family Dollar stores for $4.99 using the PayNearMe card that was issued to you with our welcome packet.  If you don’t have the card, you can generate a Payslip by going to www.paynearme.com/sierracredit from your computer or smartphone.  For any questions regarding PayNearMe, call (888) 714-0004.
      How to pay with PayNearMe:
      1. Go to a 7-Eleven or Family Dollar store.
      2. Enter your 9-digit account number (i.e. 000-123456).
      3. Tell the cashier to do the following:
      a. Enter your payment amount.
      b. Press the LOAD button.
      4. Slide your card or scan the barcode on your Payslip.
      5. Pay and get the receipt.
      6. Sierra Credit will be notified of your payment immediately.

 

    • Pay by MoneyGram
      Make a payment through MoneyGram by sending the payment to Sierra Credit Corp.  Third party fees apply.

    To make a payment by phone, please call (818) 838-6700 and press 7 for our automated payment system and follow the voice instructions.  Third party fees apply.

NOTE: Do NOT make payments to the dealer.  Sierra Credit is NOT responsible for any payments made to the dealer.  You may incur late charges or other fees if Sierra Credit does not receive your payment on time.

Q: How often will I be billed?
A: You will receive a monthly billing statement 10 days prior to your due date.

Q: I want to pay off my loan. How do I find out the payoff amount?

A: Please request a payoff by providing your name and account number which you can send via e-mail to customerservice@sierracredit.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

Q: Is my account being reported to a Credit Bureau?

A: Yes. All account activity is reported monthly to Experian. Remember, if you pay on time this improves your credit, but if your account is late, this can adversely affect your credit score. Please take a look at Experian’s website for more information.

Q: What are the office hours?

A: Our corporate office is open for business and to accept payments between the hours of 9:00AM and 6:00PM Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends and on most major holidays.
